Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos at support@libertefragrances.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
