Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos at support@libertefragrances.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
